Wines have been chosen and menus confirmed for the 26th Annual Cuvée Weekend Experience.
Friday night’s Cuvée Grand Tasting on February 28th at the Fallsview Casino Resort, Niagara Falls, Ontario is a night not to be missed:
- 51 wineries
- 10 culinary stations
- 10 top Chefs
- 3 Niagara-on-the-Lake craft breweries
- You — dancing the night away to the band Jonesy.
Each Cuvée Grand Tasting ticket serves as a Cuvée en Route Passport that enables us to shop, tour and taste along the Wine Route for Cuvée en Route, from Friday, February 28th, through Sunday, March 2nd. Passport holders can enjoy Cuvée-themed tastings at 32 wineries through the Cuvée en Route touring program. All Cuvée en Route Passport holders can travel the Wine Route enjoying complimentary rare tasting flights. Each winery offers a flight of wines, choosing from a list of themes that includes winemaker’s selection, Icewine, limited editions, as well as horizontal and vertical flights of distinctive varietals. Designed specifically with the wine enthusiast in mind, the tasting flights provide access to wines that are not ordinarily available on a winery visit.
Passport holders will have access to unique dining opportunities including specially priced or prix fixe menus and Cuvée-themed choices at five participating restaurants. On Saturday and Sunday, passport holders will also have the first opportunity to purchase special winemaker selections unveiled at Friday’s Cuvée Grand Tasting Gala.
