Allen’s Restaurant homage to The Steak, verified from farm to fork, boasts the finest, naturally-raised beef and bison from Canada, the U.S.A. and Australia with each and every steak identified by breed, farm, feed and age. One of the only restaurants–steak houses included–where one can receive these details and truly be educated in steak. Beginning February 8 and running through to February 23, this year’s menu also introduces a water buffalo from Martin Littkeman of Sterling, Ontario; and an all-VQA wine list of depth and breadth that makes true patriots proud. The focus is on major red wines from the great vintages of 2000, ’02, ’05 and 2007. “Assemble, carnivores, and indulge!”
