Its the final week of the “Tartufo Bianco” Festival at Coppi Ristorante.

Typically available until the end of November, this year’s harvest has been unusually abundant. The rare tuber from Alba is served thinly shaved and harmoniously paired. Beef Carpaccio, Uova al Tegamino, Taglierini, Risotto in Bianco…their earthy, familiar fragrance is captivating!
