Paganelli’s Private Cooking Class

Chef Gabriele Paganelli was born and raised in the town of Ravenna, in the Emilia-Romagna Region of Italy. His inspiration comes from his enjoyment of “mamma’s” cooking. His passion for Northern Italian cuisine led him to train in Bologna, one of the world’s capitals of great food. After moving to Canada he opened Romagna Mia to share his love of the ingredients and recipes of the Romagna region. He has won numerous awards in North America and Europe, like his first place recognitions at the 2001 Golden Spoon Risotto Competition and the 2000 Silver Spoon Risotto Competition. He is accredited with the Maestro di Cucina from the Associazione Professionale Cuochi Italiani in Frascati, Rome. He continuously trains and teaches both in Canada and in Italy. Last year, Romagna Mia was renamed Paganelli’s, and serves as one of the top restaurants for risotto, charcuterie, and Northern Italian cooking. Click here to read what Sara Says…Paganelli’s
