Canada’s leading foodservice and hospitality symposium brings together the elite of the culinary industry including influential chefs, food writers, wine and food experts and business leaders to discuss, network, and share ideas to affect a positive evolution. The mission is to encourage community and culture; provide educational opportunities; recognize and appreciate those who have made a positive impact, and inspire ideas; and to invest and support one other, thereby strengthening the hospitality industry as a whole.

This year’s theme: Growing Ideas: community building and creative collaboration in the world of gastronomy, will showcase examples of how the industry shares ideas and collective resources to build strength.
