January 19th is the Inniskillin Cool Culinary Experience. Embark on a five course dining experience designed to engage all our senses, showcasing the finest in wine, regional cuisine, culinary interaction, and a wonderful sense of wine country. (Reservations required)

Stop in at Jackson-Triggs and warm up fireside for three sparkling wines with three sparkling inspired snacks. Also enjoy an epicurean experience including five courses of fine regional cuisine, each featured in a stunning location of the winery. This ‘progressive’ dinner takes us on a gastronomic adventure.

At the Reif Estate Winery Sensory Wine Bar, sample a flight of four wines paired with Icewine inspired culinary delights at our chic Sensory Wine Bar. (Reservations not required but recommended.) Savour the signature Reif Estate Vidal Icewine produced from the oldest vineyard blocks paired with Spit Roasted Porketta with apple Icewine sauce.

Saturday, January 19 at 3pm taste decadent Icewines paired with incredible Canadian cheeses. Enjoy Icewines produced from some of the oldest vines and taste the terroir of the vineyards.

Icewinemaker’s Dinner at Reif Estate Winery
Saturday, January 26, Klaus W. Reif host dinner to share his favourite Icewine stories and, of course, his favourite wines paired with an Icewine inspired menu at the historic Grand Victorian Mansion circa 1870.
