Green beer isn’t for everyone on St. Patrick’s Day. Celebrate the day with this delicious and fresh cocktail – The Emerald Iceberg.
To make two drinks you need:
4 ounces of vodka
1.5 ounces of thawed frozen concentrate limeade
1 tsp. of vanilla
Cut a lime into small wedges and toss them into a cocktail shaker. Pour in 4 ounces of vodka, 1.5 ounces of thawed limeade drink and 1 teaspoon of vanilla. Cover it with ice and shake away. Strain the mixture into two glasses and serve. Enjoy!
