There is one more weekend left in the Niagara Icewine Festival. February brings the Days of Wine and Chocolate. Each weekend we can explore and indulge in wine and chocolate pairings while touring the snowy wineries of Niagara-on-the-Lake.

Allen’s Annual Steak Festival runs from February 7 to February 25. Included are steaks from Angus, Limousin, Piemontese, Highland, Hereford, Wagyu and, for the first time, John Maxwell’s own Dexter Cattle. All of the beef at Allen’s is verified from farm to fork, with breed, farm, feed and age identified. We love the steaks at Allen’s, and there is no way we will miss tasting at least a few of this year’s selection of the highest quality beef in the world. No way.
“From tree…to treat”. Chocolate: The Exhibition, runs from January 28 to April 15 at the Royal Botanical Gardens. Visitors can indulge in a captivating journey, from chocolate’s ancient beginnings to today’s multi-billion dollar industry, exploring cultural links with the natural world and, of course, devouring chocolate!
